Adding fixtures one at a time through Quick Add works fine for a handful of matches, but not for a full season. CSV bulk import lets a League administrator paste in an entire fixture list at once. It's available on Pro and Plus plans.
1. Prepare your CSV
Each row needs six values, in this exact order, separated by commas: date, time, home team, away team, venue, and fee. Dates must be written DD/MM/YYYY, not the ISO format some spreadsheet tools default to. Don't include a header row, just the fixture rows themselves.
A ready-to-fill template with the right column order is available on the Resources page.
2. Paste it into Bulk Upload
On your dashboard's Fixtures tab, open the "Bulk Upload (CSV)" box and paste your rows in directly. There's no file upload step, just plain text.
3. Check the results
Each row is processed independently, so one badly formatted row won't block the rest of the import. Once it finishes, you'll see how many fixtures were created and which rows, if any, failed and why, most commonly a date that wasn't DD/MM/YYYY or a missing home team. Fix those rows and re-paste just those lines.
4. What doesn't come from the CSV
Fixture category, additional officials (like assistant referees), and referee assignment aren't set by the import; they're configured separately or left for auto-assign/manual allocation afterward. Each imported fixture also needs its home team to resolve to a real club, either an existing one or a new placeholder created automatically from the team name.
