Can we set up two umpires per match?+
Yes. Each fixture category can carry additional official roles alongside the primary umpire, so a second umpire is its own slot with its own fee, assigned and paid separately. Set it up once per category and every fixture posted under it uses the same set-up.
Does this work for both indoor and outdoor hockey?+
Yes. Fixture categories and fees are fully customisable, so indoor and outdoor, junior and adult, can each have their own set-up and fee.
How does an umpire get matched to a fixture?+
Umpires set a base location and travel radius. Open fixtures within that radius appear on their dashboard, and on Pro plans and above a fixture can be auto-assigned to the closest available umpire.
How do junior umpires fit in?+
Umpires from age 14 can register with a parent or guardian's consent given at sign-up, recorded and verifiable, not left to an informal conversation.
